1. Schwarzenegger Thought It Would Suck
Many the most ironic piece of trivia surrounding The Terminator, before getting on set and working directly with Cameron, Schwarzenegger thought the film was going to be awful.
Whilst on the set of Conan The Destroyer, Schwarzenegger was asked about any films he had coming up. When the conversation turned to The Terminator he referred to it as ‘some s**t movie I’m doing’. Once he actually got on set and began to work with Cameron he completely changed his mind.
Now, the Terminator is his most iconic role, and he has publicly said that out of all his films, The Terminator is his favorite. It’s not hard to see why.
