20 Things You Probably Didn't Know About Logan
4. Hugh Jackman’s Record-Setting Run
After 17 years, it is no surprise that Hugh Jackman’s tenure as the famed X-Man is among the longest in the superhero film genre.
Upon release, Logan marked the ninth appearance of Jackman in the role, a record at the time (and this does not include the character's mentions in the Deadpool duology).
Although this record has been broken by the likes of Robert Downey Jr. and Samuel L. Jackson in their MCU runs, it is still noteworthy that Jackman was the only X-Men actor (other than Sir Patrick Stewart) to appear in all franchise trilogies (the original, prequel, and Wolverine sagas) and is the only actor overall to not share his role with another actor in the same vein as Stewart and James McAvoy.
