At the end of the film when Stu is stabbed a little too enthusiastically by Billy, he tells his murderous pal, "I think I'm dyin' here, man."
The line of dialogue and intonation in which Matthew Lillard speaks it suggests this is a reference to Reservoir Dogs, where Mr. Orange (Tim Roth) says the very same thing in the very same tone after being shot.
