There has always been something of a love/hate relationship between Han Solo and Lando Calrissian. Though they claimed to be friends to begin with, it was clear that neither trusted the other, something that was driven home no more so than when Lando sold Han out to the Empire in Cloud City.

The two had the same dynamic going all the way back to when they first met. Lando liked the cocky kid, but as with most people, it was far too easy for Han to get on their bad side. This was a result of his general attitude, his arrogance, and of course getting Lando and the Falcon involved in the Kessel heist in the first place.

When they landed on Savareen, the Falcon, Lando's pride and joy, was battered and bruised. Lando had never wanted to be there in the first place, he lost L3 as part of the mission, and in simple terms had just had a really, really bad day. As he and Han looked upon the damage to his beloved his ship, he told his new friend that he hated him.

The two-word response echoed arguably Han Solo's most famous, and most iconic dialogue from the entire original trilogy - "I know".
