Time and time again during the Rebel Alliance's attempts to take the Empire down once and for all, a great many brave pilots were suddenly blown to smithereens by everything from enemy TIE fighters, to Star Destroyers.
Throughout all of the perilous missions to take out Death Stars and AT-ATs, though, one mighty Rebel X-Wing pilot managed to keep from somehow biting the dust.
Sitting as the only X-Wing-flying character outside of Luke Skywalker to survive all three Original Trilogy movies, Wedge Antilles could always be counted on to keep his cool when the pressure was at its highest.
And the un-killable pilot would even pop up many years later alongside old pal Lando Calrissian during the Resistance's Exegol attack on the First Order during the closing stages of The Rise of Skywalker.
