As the heroes enter Mexico, they make a brief stop off at a store to replenish supplies, a store which just so happens to be named "Cactus Jack's Market."

While this might seem like an acceptably generic name for a Mexican convenience store, it's actually a pointed reference to one of Arnold Schwarzenegger's first movie roles.

In 1979, Arnie co-starred in the Hal Needham comedy Cactus Jack - otherwise known as The Villain stateside - alongside Kirk Douglas and Ann-Margret.

We can probably assume that Cameron wanted to poke a little fun at Arnie's Hollywood origins, albeit not in a way that the majority of audiences would ever even realise.
