Even though expectations were undeniably high for Mad Max: Fury Road, nobody could've expected that it would score an insane 98% on Rotten Tomatoes, while scooping an 8.7/10 average score, which makes it even better-reviewed than The Dark Knight. The film is an action classic in every sense of the word: thrilling, visually stunning, superbly acted, hilarious and boasting a very unique personality, there's no film out there quite like it, and as such it's not surprising that audiences and critics alike have tripped over themselves to praise it to high Heaven.
