Josh and Benny Safdie's follow-up to their acclaimed thriller Good Time revolves around a jewellery store owner (Adam Sandler) who gets in over his head and must find a way to shift his debts fast.

It'll certainly be intriguing to see Sandler actually putting effort into a role once again, while the female lead will be played by the MCU's Mantis, Pom Klementieff, in one of her highest-profile roles to date outside of Marvel.

Considering how compellingly the Safdie brothers subverted the crime film formula with their previous release, there's a lot to be excited about here.
