20 Worst Movie Moments Of 2019

What on earth is this monstrosity?!

A ghastly, poorly-written, soulless, creepy and stunningly boring CGI car crash, Cats is pretty much the year's worst movie and every moment of it (save for Jennifer Hudson's performance of Memory, which is awesome) is painful to watch, but it's the opening scene that'll really have you running for the cinema exits.

The opening, in which protagonist cat Victoria (Francesca Hayward) is abandoned by her owner and meets the Jellicle cats, a cat tribe, foreshadows every flaw in this nightmarish movie better than a critical review ever could.

It displays the film's horrendous editing and cinematography, lifeless screenplay and bland music for all to see, while the film's horrific visual effects makes the overwhelmingly panned original design of Sonic in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog movie look like a work of Renaissance art.

And the worst part? Once the scene finally ends, you realize you still have another 90 minutes of this train-wreck left. Honestly, while those who actually sat through the entire film should be praised, if you walked out no-one could've blamed you.
