20 Worst Movie Performances Of The Decade

5. The Entire Cast Of Left Behind

Sometimes a film comes along that seems to have all the worst actors in the business gathered in one place; this ghastly religious drama (that isn't even respectful to religion and makes the religious characters look like fools) is one such film.

Every single performance in the movie is amateurish, unconvincing, bland and below the bottom of the barrel. Sure, all these actors were reading lines from a screenplay that was so bad it frankly deserved to be used as toilet paper, but these performances fall below even those low standards.

Nicolas Cage is terrible in it too, but in a different way to some of his other bad recent performances in that he never goes full ham or even does anything much. He just seems utterly bored and gives something no-one thought was possible: a boring Nicolas Cage performance.

It's a shame there isn't a Razzie award for Worst Ensemble (which was often given to a film's entire cast) anymore, since this movie deserved it and then some.
