20 Worst Netflix Original Movies EVER

You can't talk about forgettable Netflix movies, however, without bringing up the interminably snoozy Jared Leto-starring thriller The Outsider.

The Outsider takes place in 1950s Japan, with Leto starring as Nick, an American ex-soldier who ends up joining the Yakuza.

Despite that compelling enough hook, from its glacial pacing through to its soporific dialogue, this is a bafflingly boring sleeping aid of a movie.

Neither director Martin Zandvliet nor Leto do much interesting with Nick's fish-outta-water predicament, and so it's tough not resent the fact that his considerably more intriguing mentor - played by the great Tadanobu Asano - wasn't the central character instead.

If you watched this upon release in 2018, good luck trying to remember a single solitary detail about its plot.
