9. Alice Vs. The Tyrant (Resident Evil: Extinction)

After becoming infected by a zombie bite, Dr. Isaacs transforms into a scaly monster scarcely recognisable as human, known to fans as the Tyrant, as he engages in a battle to the death with Alice.

Isaacs makes good use of his new-found super-strength and tentacles, but Alice combats this with her own special telekinetic powers, before the two end up in a replica of The Hive's laser hallway.

Soon enough the cube grid is activated and slices Isaacs into meaty chunks, stopping just short of Alice thanks to interference from one of the Alice clones.

They really do love going back to that laser hallway in these movies, don't they?
