6. The Tyrant Is Born, Rips A Guy's Eyeballs Out (Resident Evil: Extinction)

After Dr. Isaacs begins his transformation into the aforementioned Tyrant creature, a sniveling Umbrella executive is sent to kill him, but Isaacs responds by unleashing three tentacles from his arm, which he then uses to rip out the poor guy's eyeballs and tongue.

Sure, the CGI sucks for the most part (especially on the close-up of the victim's face), but there's no denying the awesome gnarliness of this kill. It may not be quite the Tyrant as video game fans know it, but it's not bad either, especially as Isaacs' transformation of course becomes much more grotesque later on.
