10 Upcoming Movies That Are Already Doomed

The fourth Captain America film faced a major uphill struggle for one simple fact - Chris Evans isn't in it, and Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson isn't as nearly as beloved in the MCU pantheon.

Beyond this, production has reportedly been troubled, with a poor test screening prompting Marvel Studios to order several months of reshoots to fix key sequences.

But even post-reshoots, a more recent test screening reportedly didn't go down well either, and with full plot leaks already spilling online, fans don't seem terribly enthused about what (allegedly) happens in the film.

Now, it's possible that Cap 4 overcomes this mountain of adversary - after all, pre-release leaks for Infinite War and Endgame left fans panicked, but both movies turned out great regardless - but given that there's already a dubious amount of enthusiasm for a Captain America film without Steve Rogers, it's easy to see how audiences just might not turn up for it at all.
