Notable offenders: Poltergeist (1982), Candyman (1992), Oculus (2013) Candyman, Candyman, Candyman, Candyman... yeah, you know where this is going. We dare you, we double dog dare to get in front of a mirror right now and say "Candyman" five times. Oh, that's "only a myth" you say? Well nevertheless; to plenty of horror fans it's not worth it to find out for sure. Mirrors have been playing a pivotal role in scaring the crap out of us in horror movies for decades now. Just recently we saw the release of Oculus, a film about a young woman who is convinced that an antique mirror is responsible for the death and misfortune her family has suffered. And guess what? She was right! So take our advice, whenever you want to use your mirror simply give yourself that morning shave or apply your makeup and keep it moving.
