21 Things Horror Movies Ruined For Every One

18. Road Trips

Notable offenders: House of 1000 Corpses (2003), The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), House of Wax (2005) Road trips sure are fun aren't they? You get to see parts of the country you never got to see before. You get to meet interesting people. You can try new foods. Oh, and you might just run into a family of cannibals if you drive down the wrong road in Texas. Or maybe you'll run into a family who would love nothing more than to take you to their basement and treat you like a Thanksgiving turkey. Next time you decide to take that road trip across country - so you and your bros can do whatever it is that bros do in those sorts of situations - just remember that you're one wrong turn away from wishing you had just stayed at home and played Nintendo Wii instead.
