Release: 2015? Status: Production Ongoing Having made a splash with The Fault In Our Stars, Josh Boone's next project will be an adaptation of this familiar tale of a deranged fan haunting and attacking the wife of a dead acclaimed author. It's an archetypal King tale meshing personal elements with very human relationships and then wildly odd supernatural details like a secret magical world and as long as the last part is dealt with well, the former should make for a compelling film. Prospects: Boone is a hot property, but the oddness factor might be a bit of a sticking point, but again, if that is dealt with well, King's own favourite novel should be enough to sell.
