2. The Map Of Marvel Locations (Iron Man 2)

During a scene in Iron Man 2, in which then-S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury has a sit down chat with Tony Stark, a map can be seen in the background. The map included a number of locations around the world that had been mysteriously highlighted and, upon closer inspection, they are very exciting with regards to the potential future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The highlighted locations appear to be areas identified as superhuman hot-spots by S.H.I.E.L.D. and they appear to include an area in the ocean that could be Atlantis (which might suggest Namor is coming, assuming Marvel can buy him back from Universal), an area in Africa that could be Wakanda (which would suggest Black Panther is coming) and Antarctica (which could either be where Captain America was found in the ice or a hint towards the Savage Land, which houses all kind of weird and wonderful characters and creatures in the comic books). Regardless of what it meant, it was fun and very thought-provoking.
