Film: The Empire Strikes Back When: At the climax of Luke and Vader's revealing duel "I am your father" is such an iconic movie moment that the shot where the biggest twist in cinema was revealed would always be contextually important, but it's also impeccably constructed. Vader dominates the frame, more so than any of the moments before, and the distant walls of the cavern are blurry, putting focus entirely on him. The line is impactful enough, but the visuals amp it up even higher.
