There are a number of disturbing death sequences in this sci-fi horror romp, the most unpleasant of which sees flight engineer Rory Adams (Ryan Reynolds) attempting to corner and exterminate the alien entity known as Calvin.

Unfortunately, he gets blindsided by Calvin, who promptly climbs inside Rory's mouth and begins consuming him from the inside. Rory is absolutely helpless as he begins bleeding from his eyes and vomiting up more blood, before soon expiring.

The fact that it's only implied what Calvin is doing to Rory makes the scene that much more horrifying, especially as most surely expected Reynolds to survive much longer than the 40-minute mark.
