#15 - $1.063 billion Pixar has faced criticism in recent years for focusing more on sequels than original properties, but Toy Story 3 served as proof that the studio knows what they're doing. Hailed as a finale of sorts to the popular series that began in 1995, Toy Story 3 broke pretty much every box office record there was for an animated feature, and earned itself an Oscar to go with the prestigious honour of being only the seventh movie in history to reach the $1 billion mark. Despite the fact that 15 years had passed since the release of the first movie, people were clearly still eager to see more of Woody and Buzz. Toy Story 3 had kids and adults alike blubbering, and that's because, like most Pixar movies, it had a ton of heart. Beautifully animated, the movie might just be Pixar's best, wrapping up every plot thread from the previous movies in a perfect way. Although it's seemingly the end of the toy's story, Pixar announced last year they'll be back for Toy Story 4 in 2017. No doubt because of how successful 3 was.
