17. Black Christmas (2006)
An obnoxiously bland remake of the 1974 cult classic horror flick, Black Christmas lines up a solid cast (Michelle Trachtenberg, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Lacey Chabert) and does absolutely nothing interesting with them.
The only acceptable condition to watch this movie is with a belly full of Eggnog (or equivalent alcohol), because at least then the awfulness seems much funnier. Otherwise, it's completely lacking in tension (unlike the original), the kills are super-gory but not at all inventive, and the script plays out like someone scrawled it on a couple of napkins at the last minute.
It's a shame there aren't more holiday-themed horror movies out there, but then again, there's garbage like this, so maybe not...
