5. Freeze, Ivy & Bane Survive A Several Hundred-Foot Drop Into Water
Ivy and Bane head to Arkham Asylum to rescue Mr. Freeze when he's captured, at which point Freeze blows a hole in the wall of his cell, creating an opening...about 500 feet above the watery depths below. Freeze and Ivy then dive out, as Freeze says, "I hope Mr. Bane can swim." Yep, he apparently can, because Bane's the next one to jump. Alright, so suspension of disbelief is one thing, but even if the three of them can survive the fall into the water (which, at that height, would be like hitting concrete), wouldn't Freeze's suit bulky suit make it really difficult to swim, and considering how easily Batman and Robin manage to disconnect Bane's Venom tubes later in the movie, wouldn't his suit have been compromised by the impact? OK, when you think Batman and Robin through this much, you should probably stop watching...
