20. Deacon Frost - Stephen Dorff (Blade)
Despite being far younger than the comic book iteration of the character, Blade's Deacon Frost is one of those Marvel movie villains who doesn't nearly get the attention he deserves.
His ambition is undeniable, with a plan involving turning the entire human race into vampires, while seeking to become the blood God himself, La Magra.
Frost may not be able to measure up to Blade's stature (at least until the very end of the movie), but he had a fierce personality, was super-smart, and even a tiny bit sympathetic himself: due to being turned into a vampire rather than born one, his opinions are not held in much regard by other vampires.
The Blade sequels never even got close to a villain this ruthless and entertaining.
