25. Abomination - Tim Roth (The Incredible Hulk)
The Incredible Hulk is in many ways the red-headed stepchild of the MCU, but that didn't stop Abomination being an entertaining baddie, offering a rare challenge to the big green guy.
Tim Roth is a hoot as Emil Blonsky, the super-soldier who gets transformed into the grotesque monster by mixing the Super Soldier Serum with some of Bruce Banner's own blood, leading to an epic third-act battle against The Hulk in the streets of Harlem.
Sure, Abomination is a fairly simplistic monster, but he's one of the MCU's few villains capable of overpowering The Hulk, and certainly made for a thrilling beast-on-beast finale. That alone makes him worth the distinction, even if more casual MCU fans probably won't much remember him (hey, it was 2008).
