23. Ulysses Klaue - Andy Serkis (Avengers: Age Of Ultron)
Ulysses Klaue served a small but memorable role in Age of Ultron as the greasy South African arms dealer who sold a stash of Vibranium to Ultron.
This one is all about Andy Serkis: he makes the most of every second of his screen time, forging a memorable supporting baddie even if his part in the plot is ultimately just filler.
Still, he squares off against Ultron and ends up getting his arm sliced off, which is pretty difficult to forget. Plus, unlike most of the villains on this list, he's actually still alive and potentially active, causing many to suspect that we might see him show up as the main villain in the upcoming Black Panther.
If that does indeed happen, we imagine he'll slide at least a few places up this list.
