30 Horror Movie Survivors Who Probably Wished They'd Died

16. Bodies Bodies Bodies - Sophie & Bee

In Bodies Bodies Bodies, a group of rich and ridiculously obnoxious Gen-Z brats end up stuck in one of their mansions during a hurricane, and when one of their number is apparently killed by an unknown assailant, they descend into murderous paranoia, with all of their toxicity leading to brutal violence. By the end of the night, only Sophie (Amandla Stenberg) and her girlfriend Bee (Maria Bakalova) are still alive.

In the morning, they discover the terrible truth: there was no killer. The first death was an accident, and all the others died for nothing. The movie ends with the broken duo slowly, mutely processing this revelation, and wondering what the hell they're going to do.

As has been said in many a criminal trial over the years, there is no prison sentence that can equate to lifelong guilt and the psychological torture it brings. In this particular case, however, the sympathy of viewers will most definitely be qualified. It's easier to feel bad for Bee, as she was an outsider involved through bad luck and wasn't nearly as bad as the others, but Sophie was a jerk, just like all of her friends, so it's a challenge to muster too much empathy for her.
