30 Most Hotly Anticipated Movies Still To Come In 2017 - Ranked
13. Marshall
Release Date: October 13th
Billed As:
The latest in a long line of hugely important biopics, telling the story of the first African-American Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall and one of his first cases.
Hype:
As well as playing Black Panther next year, Chadwick Boseman has a huge opportunity to win some well-earned plaudits with his performance as Thurgood Marshall - which should provide him with a lot of material to get his teeth firmly into.
The story is massively important, the cast (which also includes Josh Gad, Kate Hudson, Sterling K. Brown and James Cromwell) is brilliantly talented and the opportunity to see the big screen return of House Party and Boomerang director Reginald Hudlin is a great thing indeed. Let's hope the years of working on TV shows hasn't blunted his eye for bigger stories.
