Zack Snyder (and Joss Whedon) unite the six (or the seven if you believe the rumours), as the Justice League is formed to fight off an ancient threat.

Hype:

On the surface, there's a lot to be concerned about with Justice League, with rumours of poor early cuts, behind-the-scenes drama and extensive reshoots, but a lot of that comes down to the uneven way anything that goes wrong in the DCEU (or the MCU for that matter) is reported. Doom is always the flavour of the day as soon as there's even a rumble of discontent.

Even with the minutely obsessive investigations into every scrap of news that comes out of the production, we still finally get a Justice League movie. We get to see more of Ben Affleck's Batman, more of Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman, a proper Superman (allegedly) and the real debuts of The Flash and Cyborg. And if you're looking for one muscular reason above all else to get excited, it's the rockstar Aquaman who's coming and who is going to rule this DCEU.

It's going to delight a lot of people, it's going to make a lot of money, and honestly, Joss Whedon is the right man to make those things happen.
