31 Horror Films To Watch This October

Five years after being outed as a transsexual psychopath, Peter/ Angela Baker (now played by Pamela Springsteen – Bruce’s sister) returns in a sequel that in order to appeal to fans of the wisecrack-smothered Elm Street saga lowers the tone and shaves roughly a zillion points off its IQ. To make sure we understand that this picture isn’t meant to be taken literally, Unhappy Campers’ trailer tells us what to expect: chainsaw murders, tits, decapitations, tits, plus nudge-wink references to Freddy and Jason.

There’s no plot, just a succession of gory kill scenes punctuated by wisecracks, with some Porky’s-level humour thrown in for good measure. Perhaps with their target audience in mind, all the girls seem to enjoy baring their breasts, humping in a toilet stall or romping with a stranger in the woods, unaware that they’re being watched by the “tit patrol”, who have naked Polaroids of everyone - including Angela.

This sits none too well with our transgendered teen, who proceeds to ‘send home’ the rest of the campers until there’s only her and good girl Molly (Renee Estevez) left, and who could kill a heroine played by Emilio Estevez's sister?
