14. Lady Gaga: "I'm Speechless"...After A 2-Minute Speech
Gaga gives an impassioned speech about her work on American Horror Story, and after thanking a laundry list of people, says, "I'm truly speechless, I really am truly speechless." Considering that she had one of the longest speeches of the night, running close to two minutes and well past the mandated 30-second cut-off, it's safe to say that she was not, in fact, speechless in any way, shape or form.
