13. The Worst Bond Song In Years Win A Golden Globe
The Best Original Song award goes to Sam Smith and Jimmy Napes for the theme song to Spectre, "Writing's on the Wall", a shock considering that it was widely maligned by a major portion of Bond fans upon release, and was up against at least three superior songs from Love and Mercy, Furious 7 and Youth (the less said about Fifty Shades of Grey, the better). It seemed likely that the HFPA would go the sentimental route and give it to Furious 7 for Paul Walker's send-off tune, but instead, they strangely opted for the most blandly forgettable James Bond theme in years and years.
