Rachel Bloom won the Best Actress in a Musical/Comedy TV Series award for her work on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and came to the stage in a huge fluster, repeatedly shouting "Oh my god!" in a fairly orgasmic tone, before launching into an idiosyncratic, fast-paced speech that may or may not indicate she was under the influence of at least alcohol if not more. She then poses on the stage with her Globe, and Andy Samberg has to help direct her off the stage afterwards.
