40 Most Ridiculous Moments In The Fast & Furious Franchise

12. The Winner Gets The Girl (The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift)

The Fast & Furious series isn't exactly renowned for its respectful depiction of women, but even so, for all the lingering shots of female bodies, there's one scene that's probably left more people shaking their heads than any other. At the start of Tokyo Drift, Sean gets into an argument with student Clay (Zachery Ty Bryan), whose girlfriend Cindy (Nikki Griffin) suggests that they settle their dispute on the road. When Sean suggests racing for pink slips and Clay scoffs at winning his crappy car, Cindy suggests the winner of the race will win...her. When Sean starts to beat Clay, Cindy hilariously quips angrily, "I thought you loved me!", followed by, "I guess I got a new date for the prom" after Sean winks at her. Even though Cindy offers herself up as the "prize", it's still a pretty cringe-worthy depiction of women, especially considering that the script was written by a man.
