5 Actors Who Need To Work With Wes Anderson

4. Richard Jenkins

The bottom line: Richard Jenkins is outstanding in all of his pictures. From Flirting With Disaster, to The Visitor, to The Cabin in The Woods, and everything in between. It isn€™t scientifically proven or anything, but I€™m almost positive he can pull off any role. I mean, he played a gay cop on acid in Flirting With Disaster. Seriously. Does anything more need to be said? And while that particular role seems to be anything but subtle, a great example of a nuanced performance would be the previously mentioned The Visitor, a film that won him some much deserved recognition. His general on-screen attitude is the perfect mix of melancholy and quirk €” two things that are much needed in the whimsical world of Wes Anderson.
