4. Lloyd Christmas - Dumb And Dumber
A slightly harsh inclusion maybe, but the fact still remains that if you were Lloyd's best friend, you would end up tearing your eyes out. This is a man who actually has a very kind heart and would do anything for anyone, including driving across America to return a briefcase to one of his limousine passengers. Lloyd's character is balanced out however by various abhorrent acts, such as selling a dead budgie with no head to a blind child in a wheelchair. Need I say more. Even his best friend, Harry (Jeff Daniels), openly admits how annoying Lloyd is on their journey to Colarado, despite on various occasions joining in the shenanigans. If his on-screen best friend says this, how long before you would find him annoying? One of the most blatant things that makes Lloyd stand out from the rest is his self confessed, "Most annoying sound in the world." This involves some sort of cat being strangled and rammed down his throat before he emits the most unholy screeching you have ever heard. Now that would get annoying. Even if you could overlook these previously mentioned character traits, you would also have many near death experiences being Lloyd's friend. This could involve eating atomic peppers or merely by his driving. His mannerisms and child-like energy levels would also certainly take their toll sooner or later, and you would no longer associate Christmas with being a happy and fun day.
