While some may find this teen-rom-com series too sickly sweet, we were pleasantly surprised by the final installment in the 'To All the Boys...' line-up.

Based on the best-selling Jenny Han novels of the same name, this well-received trilogy charts the unexpected romance that blossoms between Lara Jean Song-Covey (Lana Condor) and Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo).

Released on Netflix in 2018, the first film in the series, To All the Boys I've Loved Before, was a huge hit. Unlike similar Netflix originals (see the truly abysmal The Kissing Booth series), this rom-com garnered widespread critical acclaim with many critics praising the talented young cast, surprisingly smart plot, and genuinely likeable characters.

Two similarly successful sequels swiftly followed, and the most recent, To All The Boys: Forever and Always, wrapped up the series with a sweet, sentimental, and surprisingly effective conclusion. As clever and charming as the previous installments, the film entertained both critics and fans. Charting the potential difficulties of a long-term relationship, this threequel was filled to the brim with humour, heart, and the happy ending that fans of the series were desperate to see.
