5 Ongoing Marvel Comics That Need To Be Made Into Films
1. Higgins' Winter Soldier
One of the most underrated comics that is currently releasing is Kyle Higgins and Rod Reis' fantastic Winter Soldier book.
Following the brilliance of Ed Brubaker's Captain America run - the one which heavily inspired the second MCU of the star-spangled man - Bucky hasn't been used an awful lot, at least not in as big a capacity as his fans have grown accustomed to.
While this may have been the case, Higgins and Reis' series has finally given the Winter Soldier an excellent book of his own. Reis' art is constantly stunning, and Higgins' writing provides the hero with a touching, small scale story which takes the character from a solitary warrior to working alongside a younger partner, almost like a slightly more murderous dynamic duo.
Such a tale would be a perfect way to follow the upcoming Falcon & Winter Soldier series. Unless Bucky is made Captain America by the end of it, that is.
