2. Christopher Reeve
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Hy6S7urCZM Christopher Reeve IS Superman. There can be no denying that, just as the John Williams theme is THE Superman theme. Now we all know that the old Superman movies are excessively cheesy and campy, and that may turn some people off. However, we must not forget that this is what comic books were like at the time, as well as the fact Superman: The Movie was the very first superhero movie Hollywood produced. And while some of the dialogue would be considered cringe worthy were it in a modern movie, the smile and the composure of Reeve are more than enough for it to be considered charming in its 70s/80s setting. What else is there to be said about Christopher Reeves performance that hasnt already been said by thousands of others before me? And if you still dont see the charm in Reeves' performance, just watch the above video and try not to smile back at him.

I am currently studying for a degree in Creative Writing at the University of Gloucestershire and I spend most of my time watching movies, reading graphic novels, playing football and playing guitar. I also love video games; my favourites being the Arkham games, the Assassin's Creed series, GTA 4 (and soon 5!) and the Mass Effect series.
The football team I support is West Bromwich Albion, my favourite book is East of Eden by John Steinbeck and my favourite superheroes are Spider-Man, Batman and Superman (in that order).
