3. The Villain
This is a particular aspect where I think the film really won or lost its viewers. If you were expecting a scary serious mafia boss like the original film you'll be disappointed. While The Motherf**ker does have his serious moments to show just how evil he can be, he is ultimately more of a change of pace to the original. Which is not always a bad thing. The Motherf**ker enjoys what he does and also enjoys cracking jokes while he does it. I know what you're thinking...no he's not trying to be the Joker. He is simply a villain who knows he has to step into his fathers shoes and take revenge against the man who killed his father. Also let's be honest here. A teenaged Chris D'Amico could not really go round acting tough, threatening people and be taken seriously. Even some of his own henchman question his villainous capabilities. Ultimately The Motherf**ker was a fun villain to watch and also somehow you could really hate at the same time. And after all, isn't that what a villain's all about?
