1. Mumm-Ra
Of course, no ThunderCats movie would be worth a dime unless their arch-enemy - the all powerful Mumm-Ra - was included. Mumm-Ra is an ancient native of Third Earth who serves as the undead focus for the Ancient Spirits of Evil - four god-like entities of supposedly nearly unlimited power. The spirits are limited to existing in the Black Pyramids where Mumm-Ra's decrepid form resides and they are only able to interact with the rest of the world through Mumm-Ra. They grant him immortality through his sarcophagus in exchange for his ongoing services. Whilst in his withered form, Mumm-Ra says the following incantion; "Ancient spirits of evil, transform this decayed form to Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living!" Through these words, he becomes a muscular fiend who constantly challenges the ThunderCats. In this form, Mumm-Ra is a formidable fighter and sorcerer, possessing powers such as super-strength and durability, flight, necromancy, alchemy, transmogrification, temporal manipulation, teleportation, telekinesis, mind-control, astral projection, scrying, shapeshifting and energy blasts - a formidable powerset in anyone's book (though he is weak to his own reflection). He is a massive threat to the ThunderCats' and that could easily be conveyed on screen - and I genuinely think that a CGI version of the character, utilising motion capture, would be amazing. So there you have it; Five villains who'd have to be in a ThunderCats movie. Who else would you include? Vultureman? Ratar-O? The Berserkers? Let us know in the comments box below.
