4. Use The Multiverse
A very practical solution, this would involve turning the NYC Matt Murdock inhabits into one not from our dimension. Basically, Doctor Strange's Multiverse of Madness would be a lead-in to bring Daredevil back.
It makes sense from a universal perspective: Daredevil is beloved by MCU fans, so they'd love to see him join the movies, and his universe not being our own allows the writers to pass off his omission from the films as just a byproduct of him not existing in our universe.
Very clean, and allows them to open the multiverse.
Now this would raise some issues, namely the fact that Daredevil seems to take place in the same universe as The Avengers at least, considering the Battle for New York easter egg in Ben Urich's office of season one. That could lead to complications in the canon and consistency, but if the writers are smart they'll find a way to tie it together.
It could also allow for a great dramatic reveal; imagine either Holland's Spidey or Cumberbatch's Strange exploring a New York that looks identical, and they hear rumours of a red man with horns terrorising criminals in Hell's Kitchen. Or a man in black...
