50 Greatest James Bond Moments Of All Time

41. Skyfall: Istanbul

The Spy Who Loved Me

Skyfall is a strong contender for the best James Bond film ever made, so it's fitting that Skyfall's pre-credits scene is one of the very best in Bond history.

It's a stunning, unpredictable and wonderfully unhinged action sequence that keeps finding new ways to shock, surprise and entertain the living daylights out of every single viewer.

Despite the length of the chase and the many changes in locations and vehicles - Bond's in a car, then a motorbike, then an excavator and finally on top of a moving train - the excitement levels are sky high to the very end.

Aside from Bond's (Daniel Craig) rather improbable survival of that fall at the end, bravo.
