After Jurassic World made an incredible amount of money, a sequel was always going to happen - especially as there was some seeding in there around Dr Henry Wu's genetic experimentations falling into the wrong hands.

Surprisingly, the marketing for Fallen Kingdom has focused more on Claire Dearing's (Bryce Dallas Howard) Dinosaur Protection Group and a rescue attempt to save the free-roaming dinos from Isla Nubar's volcanic destruction. But under the animal rights story, there's definitely more to the tale (as the trailer only showed footage from the first half of the movie, apparently).

It's likely to have a huge audience already and the returns of Chris Pratt and Howard are good news (as is the expected cameo of Jeff Goldblum). Let's just hope it goes in some new directions without losing sight of what made Jurassic World so good.
