4. The Basketball Court

After HYDRA's labelling of Captain America as a fugitive, Alexander Pierce utilises everything S.H.I.E.L.D./HYDRA has to find the super soldier and immobilise him in whatever way possible. When the hero is believed to have been seen at a basketball court, Pierce sends a large and heavily armed team composed of S.T.R.I.K.E. agents to the venue to apprehend him. The team bursts in - much to the shock of those present - and everyone is told to lay on the ground and place their hands on their heads. Using tracking devices, the team are then led to a bag which contains nothing more than Cap's uniform, showing that he was one step ahead of them all along (although, given that Cap knew S.H.I.E.L.D. were hostile at this point, it does seem out of character for him to put civilians in potential danger, which is probably why the scene was removed). The next scene - which was included in the final movie - is the one in which Captain America is wearing a hoodie (presumably one that he took from the bag he left his uniform in) in the hospital corridor in which he leaves the flash drive for Black Widow to pick up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d81nZoVwZ4c
