For many fans of the Harry Potter movies, Christmas is the perfect time to rewatch the movies. The snow capped turrets of Hogwarts make for the perfect backdrop to a holiday visit to Universal Orlando Resort.

Both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are decorated for the season and are filled with festive fun.

All the stores within Diagon Alley have suitably themed wreaths to match what they are selling. With ribbons on the robes store and even typewriter keys in the garlands of the Daily Prophet, they decorations in the land are fun to take in.

The bewitching singer Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees change up their routine to include festive numbers. The songs are very catchy and balance traditional Christmas music with Wizarding World flair.

Over in Hogsmeade the decorations continue and so does the music. The Frog Choir will be performing a mixture of traditional holiday carols that both muggles and wizards will enjoy.

The one thing you can't miss this holiday season at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle.” The nightime projection show on Hogwarts tells features characters and stories from Harry Potter in a fabulous colourful display. Hogwarts Castle has several nighttime shows throughout the year and in our opinion this winter show is the best of them.
