1. It's Probably The Start Of A Franchise

In the lead up to 6 Underground's release, it was suggested that Netflix is hoping to make this one of their first big blockbuster movie IP, and assuming the film is streamed enough, it's almost definitely going to be spun off into a series.

And though the cast is likeable enough, is there really enough dramatic meat here, or even enough appealing action on offer, to make that in any way worthwhile?

It's easy to appreciate Netflix's desire to create their own tentpole movie franchises, but off the basis of this film, will anyone really be hankering for the inevitable 7 Underground?

While nobody will need to pay anything beyond their Netflix subscription to watch the sequel - which is exactly what the streaming giant is banking on - there are surely so many worthier projects for them to blow $150 million on, no?

So, 6 Underground is as messy a movie as you'd expect from Michael Bay, but it's certainly not all bad. With that in mind, here's what actually works...
