Early on in Salvation, John wants to meet up with the resistance command, but they deny him passage. So, he tells his pilot to open up the chopper's ramp, and simply jumps at least a hundred feet into the sea, where he's lucky enough to be picked up by the resistance sub before drowning. There are so many WTF moments in this scene: firstly, hitting the water from that height would likely kill you or break every bone in your body and ensure you drown, and secondly, wearing full body armour while trying to swim? Good luck with that. It's such a monumentally stupid scene and one which should've been ditched in the planning stage. There's absolutely no need for it at all.
55. That Totally Obvious Stuntman - Terminator 2: Judgment Day
T2 may be a technical marvel, but that doesn't mean it's totally perfect. During the storm drain chase sequence, Peter Kent, the stuntman doubling for Arnie, is visible numerous times, most notably when the T-800 drives his bike off a raised platform to the floor below (pictured above) and also when he lifts John free from his motorcycle seconds before it's crushed under the lorry's wheels. There's not really much of a way to guard against this, and given the modern-day alternatives (tons of quick cutting to mask the face), it's hard to much care. Even though, it's vaguely distracting, especially because Kent somewhat resembles Jean-Claude Van Damme...
