It's kind of hard not to root for a movie hero's agenda, even if - in the back of your mind somewhere - you know yourself to be thinking, "God, I wonder who's gonna
pay for all that damage," or, "Man, this guy sure is going to have some explaining to do when this is all over." Still, we all know that taking movies quite so seriously isn't a particularly great idea, so we do our best to ignore it if our heroes commit a few misdemeanours along the way - you know, for the good of the mission (and for the good of our own sanity). There are some movie heroes who take things way too far, though. I mean, it's entirely possible to forgive a character for driving a bit recklessly on the street, or knocking a civilian off of a bridge by accident (it happens), but c'mon, there has to be a limit as to how many innocent lives you can endanger whilst you go about your business...
