4. Magneto (X-Men Movies)
As awesome as Ian McKellen's ongoing portrayal of Magneto is in the X-Men movies, there's absolutely no doubt that he looks like a bit of a berk. In the words of Pyro: "That's a dorky looking helmet. What's it for?" And he's quite right to ask, because it really is a dorky looking helmet. In all fairness, the rest of Magneto's costume - the cape and the black suit - is more than acceptable, but that one item totally ruins it. It's certainly not as cool and intimidating a helmet as the one worn by Magneto in the comics anyway, that's for certain.
